I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a necklace on June 4th and tried to contact the seller with a question. Received only an automated "outside of business hours, team will contact you as soon as possible". Tracking started on June 13th with "label created". After trying to contact the seller a few times, receiving only that automated message, I filed a complaint on the 23rd asking for a refund because it had never arrived. Again, just that automated response. Now, on the 26th, I have opened an official case with Etsy Help Center. And the tracking is still on "June 13, label created", and I still never received any non-automated messages. I think the five star reviews "received well outside the time expected, but worth it!" are to fool people to wait for too long, until the date you have to open a case by is expired.
