Not a great experience. I ordered, and had received an update that the label was created. Then nothing after that. After about a month with the tracking label created & no further update, I reached out to the seller to help me track my order and they did NOT message me back. I reached out to them again a couple days later, & NOTHING. I then had to put a ticket in with Etsy to help with my case and Etsy had to refund me. The seller (the this day) has not acknowledged my message. Extremely upsetting!
