I ordered a pair of earrings on Nov 17. A shipping label was then created on Dec. 1 but tracking says usps awaiting item. Therefore, the seller only printed a label but did not ship the item. After messaging the seller, they were non-responsive. I’m very disappointed at the customer service especially because I tried to support local as this person lives on the same island as me.

I received a message thanking me for my purchase and an email confirming the item had been shipped, but it still hasn't arrived, well past the expected arrival date. I can't even track it using the tracking number I was given. I sent a message to the shop about it, but there was no reply. I was at a loss, so I contacted customer service, and they immediately refunded me. In the end, I was grateful for the refund, but since it was the item I wanted, I wish they had negotiated to resolve that first. It was just a waste of time and effort.

The item was never sent and I messaged and have heard nothing. I placed my order back in August and still no response or item. I have asked for a full refund of my order and still have heard nothing back. Update!!! Used a fraudulent tracking number and sent the items to someone else. My item showed delivered and it never arrived. I investigated this with usps and they are even going to provide me with information saying that the package has not been physically delivered to me because this person put a whole other name and address on the package. USPS mentioned that people are doing this as fraud to steel!! Do not buy from this person!!!! They should be shut down for this!!! I asked for a refund when they have originally not delivered item and now this!!! I reached out many times to this seller and she ignored everything!
