This sadly never came!! I gave three stars bc I can’t comment on the quality but the customer service was prompt, at least. Would have loved a replacement, but I requested through the open case and didn’t get one. These are hand made so may not have been available. I am bummed but the customer service WAS quick.

Never responded after marking item as shipped, as it was never dropped off at Post Office. Did not reply to any messages directly (just boilerplate, "someone will get back to you") Had to go through Etsy to get a refund or any resolution. Would have loved to have figured it out, esp if something was going on on their end, but zero response makes it hard. Buy at your own risk - not trustworthy in this season.
