Never responded after marking item as shipped, as it was never dropped off at Post Office (marked as shipped on 6/20 and I amd writing this on 7/6). Did not reply to any messages directly (just boilerplate, "someone will get back to you") Had to go through Etsy to get a refund or any resolution. Would have loved to have figured it out, esp if something was going on on their end, but zero response makes it hard. Buy at your own risk - not trustworthy in this season.
