I never received my order. A shipping label was created a month ago but the items were never sent. I reached out twice a few days apart and did not get a response on an ETA

SCAM STORE…DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE..!!! I ordered atleast 9-10 of these earrings to give as bridesmaids THANK YOU gifts…all PAID…did not receive not even one, reached out to the store, left a written msg and in return got a generated msg of “not available.”. Not one person reached out to me to rectify this problem waited a whole month to see where my purchase was. It stated that they were in the shipping process but it stated that on etsy for like 3 weeks. Sent them another msg that I wanted to cancel and still did not get refund or a msg back. THEEEEE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…NONE..!!! So I truly believe that this store doesn’t even exist….I mean if you don’t have the items then send me a msg back and let me know…didn’t even receive that…but what they do is leave you hanging for over a month… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
